Dear God, Whom do I share my innermost thoughts with and who has always been there for me patiently listening? Plain and simple, it's You. So it makes sense to me that You are the one I shall address as I write this blog. Initially I had all sorts of ideas of starting out with a different blog name and direction, while I enjoyed my original idea, eventually it felt like it could easily become overly redundant. As you know, (because you are God) I really wanted to hone in my focus on most things whimsy but it didn't take long for me to realize that I might likely always feel pressured to focus primarily on that subject (we both know that's not a realistic take on life). So rather than placing all of myself into a single genre (that I suspect would eventually become a snooze fest for an audience I don't yet have), I have decided to build my blog on a more solid foundation.
